Stoneville Lumber Company, Inc.
About Stoneville Lumber Company, Inc.
Incorporated in October 1997 and still listed Current-Active with the NC Secretary of State, Stoneville Lumber holds something no other buyer in the Stoneville cluster does: a USDA APHIS-PPQ compliance agreement authorising it to receive logs from Canadian areas under gypsy moth quarantine, one of only 52 North Carolina facilities on that federal list. Its product range on the NC Forest Service register is the broadest around — standing timber, sawlogs, chip-n-saw, pulpwood, veneer and plywood logs, sawdust, chips and finished lumber — covering both what comes off a tract and what comes out of a mill. It is also one of the few Piedmont buyers that lists black walnut and cherry, two high-value specialty hardwoods most of its neighbours do not name.
